As a CSA member, you’ll get first pick on special farm stuff, like lamb, rabbit and turkeys. You’ll also get the 10% discount on rabbit. We’ll also try and sneak in some special things for you (you’ll definitely be getting some katuk for summer salads. Maybe honey? Maybe jams?).
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and that is exactly what this arrangement would be. You would be supporting us by assuring us orders for three months, and by paying up-front to help us cover costs easier. In return, you will get a discount, priority on products (CSA members get eggs first), and the ease of ordering once and being done. And our heartfelt thanks.
